About Us

Named after an infamous Christy Moore song, Beeswing Bakes was formed out of a need to remove excessive baked goods from our kitchen in June 2020. Specialising in custom buttercream cakes & cupcakes, the business quickly expanded to the new realms of brownies, cakesicles and graze boxes (a strong favourite). We are delighted that our Letterbox Brownies can now be enjoyed across UK and Ireland. Letterbox Brownies Info

Our Letterbox Brownies are baked fresh for delivery and packaged using quality packaging from Elite Packaging Company which fits through standard letterboxes, meaning no trips to the post office if you aren't at home to receive the delivery. The brownies last for 7-10 days kept refrigerated (if they last that long) and can be frozen for up to 2 months.

Please ensure pets cannot get to your Letterbox Brownies before you do!  If you are not home, leave details to be left on the porch or with a neighbour.

We updated our brownie menu every month with new, exciting flavours and are always open for suggestions for new flavours to try out!
